What marketing method is least effective for you and why?

Prints (Magazines, Flyers, Mailers). We leave in a new era. People want to KNOW YOU, SEE YOU. My clients know me, like me and TRUST me in consequence.

What are your three favorite ways to start a conversation?

Caring for people, asking about them and their families. Asking about their travels. Never sell. Always care!

How are you elevating the look and feel of your business?

What's one piece of advice you would give a new agent?

Do it for the right reasons, not the money! Money will come if you do it for your clients. Not only is it your FIDUCIARY duty, but you will help people. No matter the price point, the money will come. Law of attraction.
