How do you stand apart from other agents?

DEAL SEALER MENTALITY: "If there's no opportunity, create it." Doing whatever it takes for my clients to find a solution and make their dreams come true while having fun at the same time. This includes using my proprietary network of resources (contractors, attorneys, in-house loan team, etc) to assist clients in making sure they are making a financially secure decision. Also, my custom license plate also sets me aside because there can literally only be one.. #DLSEALR

What is the key to attaining long-term clients?

Other than providing Lumpia (Filipino appetizer) at every house-warming party, always making sure to be available for clients as a resource post-closing and for life.

What marketing method is most effective for you and why?

I don't think this is any surprise...SOCIAL MEDIA! I have built a strong following on ocial media because I love the flexibility to be able to combine my passion in music and video editing to help express who I am BOTH as person and as real estate agent.

What routine do you implement in your daily real estate life?

Learn something new daily about the real estate market/industry and continue to build long-lasting relationships with new people I meet.

What are your DO's & DON'TS when it comes to conversation starters?

DO's: Smile and maintain eye contact at all times. DON'TS: Do NOT mention anything about pregnancy if you're not sure.

Which goals are you looking to achieve this year and what will it take to meet them?

Be on at least one television/social media commercial. How? By using my resources through Century 21 and bugging the heck out of them. I guess I would have to be a 'decent' actor as well, so I'll need to work on that.

What's one piece of advice you would give a new agent?

There's a lot of agents practicing out there, but there can only be one 'You'. BE YOU and have GRIT throughout this whole learning process and things will fall into place.
