EPISODE TWO : Getting Your Real Estate Life Together with Maabi Munoz

In this episode I get to talk to my friend and colleague, Maabi Munoz, from Windemere Realty. We get into what works and what doesn't in social media, what apps she's using and how. We talk about how you prep clients for showings, and how simple fixes can take away the fear of having a stranger up in their things. Finally, we talk about networking and how ultimately it's about seeing your friends, and a few tips for organizations to make it more effective especially for newbies.

A little about Maabi Munoz:

I’m second-generation Latina, fluent in Spanish, mother of two beautiful children and love working with my community. I grew up in Portland and have a passion for homeownership. With over 17 years in the real estate and mortgage industry, I will leverage my knowledge to provide excellent service for you. As a previously successful business owner, I appreciate the importance of hard work and dedication to get results.

I am passionate about housing, communities and helping families create their own story of homeownership. I believe in educating my clients so that they are prepared for the entire process and empower them to make the best decisions possible.

Throughout my career, I have worked with and in non-profit organizations. I’ve had the privilege of serving on the board of directors for the Portland Housing Center and the Latino Home Initiative. I am currently on the realtor partner list for Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives (PCRI) and have taught homebuyer education classes in English and Spanish at Hacienda CDC.
