I offer unbeatable customer service and online marketing strategies that are the top in the industry. This confidence comes from a multitude of referrals over the years, and the fact that past clients keep coming back when they're ready to make another real estate transaction.

How do you differentiate yourself?

I've lived in Stockton my entire life and know everything about its' housing market, schools, and can help my clients find the best neighborhood that serves all their needs. I also provide fast communication and am an expert negotiator - for both buyers and sellers.

What marketing method is most effective for you and why?

Social media has been an amazing resource for me! Marketing through social media is one of the most versatile and cost-effective strategies I've used to reach my target audience. I am able to make authentic connections with my leads, rather than just delivering direct marketing messages. Most importantly, I come across as a relatable human being - I help people feel comfortable and in the right hands when it comes to making one of the biggest financial investments of their lives!

What marketing method is least effective for you and why?

Cold DMs are such a waste of time! People receive dozens of junk mail and social media messages every day - how are you going to stand out? You can't - unless you get to know that person BEFORE you try to sell them anything!

What are your three favorite ways to start a conversation?

Great ways to start a conversation with a prospective client include asking a question about themselves (not related to your services), complimenting them on something, or to casually position yourself as an expert in your field without pressuring them into anything.

How are you elevating the look and feel of your business?

I am constantly educating myself on modern marketing techniques in order to ensure my clients are equipped with the right tools they need! I also try to be as relatable as possible to people, utilizing social media as best as I can!

What's one piece of advice you would give a new agent?

Choose a supportive brokerage! Not only will the brokerage you partner with have a huge impact on your financial earnings, but it will ultimately greatly impact your career satisfaction.
