Getting Your Real Estate Life Together: Q&A with Bre Dayton

Name, Location and how long have you been an Agent

Bre Dayton | MO & KS, Licensed Realtor of 4 years.

How do you stand apart from other agents?

With so many Realtors in KC, “I choose to stay in my own lane, by being my true authentic self which allows for the right clients to connect with me”. Every client is not meant for me, which is fine. However, I am very relatable to many. As a former athlete, someone who has made a few TV appearances, and one that comes from a well known family, I'm sure I stand out like a light bulb. When people reach out to me, they tend to leave our conversation better than they entered it, as they are usually very excited and ready to execute on our plan for the win!

What is the key to attaining long-term clients?

The key to attaining long-term clients is to do a good job, remain authentic in relationships even after a deal has closed, thus staying connect for life.

What marketing method is most effective for you and why?

Social media; IG and FB, are the most effective marketing method for me, they are easy, convenient and what’s in!

What routine do you implement in your daily real estate life?

As for my daily routine, I tend to start and end my day with 'PRAYER.' I cover my clients, our real estate team, as well as those involved on the opposing side of each transaction. It’s much bigger than finding or selling a home. It is a life changing experience and a Big Deal! I am so grateful, when individuals and families trust me to be their Realtor, to have their back for such a journey as buying or selling their home.

What are your DO's & DON'TS when it comes to conversation starters?

I Do - Take the initiative in introducing myself and what I do. I Do Not - Force myself on anyone. I provide information, listen and respond accordingly.

Which goals are you looking to achieve this year and what will it take to meet them?

I am working diligently on many projects. I plan to roll out later within the year, stay tune!

What's one piece of advice you would give a new agent?

Find a good mentor! Someone you respect to teach you how to be the superstar Realtor that you are!
